About the Site:
We are very proud that almost *) the whole MXC-Site is HTML-4.01 Transitional compatible. Therefore it should be displayed fine on all newer Web-Browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc. We also use validated cascading style-sheets (CSS) for formatting the pages.
This site uses PHP and Java-Script (but no Java or AcitveX). So these tools should be activated in your browser to display our pages correctly.
*) The pages with forms are programmed in PHP and may not be fully HTML 4.01 Transitional. Because of the background sound the "auld-lang-syne" page is not fully HTML 4.01 Transitional.

We don't do anything with your data. We don't have the time to do so and if we had it we surely would find much better things to do. If you entered a mailaddress in one of our forms, we might send you some jokes and funny mails. If you don't like them and want to stop that, just send a mail.
Membership:
Membership is limited to people with connection to mxc (friends etc.). We reserve the right to deny or cancel membership without giving a reason. Membership does not give you any specific rights, its just for fun.
Member-Mail-Addresses:
If you have a Member-Mail-address please not that the
Mailbox-Size is limited to 20MB. In case of misuse of such a mail-address
(e.g. spamming) the mail-address is deleted immediately without notice.
These mail-addresses are limited to people with connection to mxc (friends
etc.) too. We are not a mail-service-provider!
Mailinglists:
Subscription to the mailing-list is limited to people with connection to mxc (friends etc.). We reserve the right to deny subscription without giving a reason. The mailing-list is not a regular service. We use it to send around funny mails from time to time. To unsubscribe, fill in the form again, and disable the categories you don't like, write "unsubscribe" in the comment or just send a mail.
